Creation and Presentation Program (C&P) grants provide artistic program and operational support to established nonprofit arts organizations whose primary mission is to create or present ongoing arts programming that makes a significant local, regional, or statewide impact on the cultural life of Wisconsin. The program also supports eligible arts programs of tribal governments and universities. It is a multi-year grant program with a Full Year application and Interim Year applications over a four-year cycle.

- Nonprofits with 501(c)(3) status (other than higher education)
- Private institutions of higher education
