This program provides grants to other-than-municipal community (OTM) and nonprofit non-transient non-community (NN) public water systems in underserved Wisconsin communities. It funds projects that help systems resolve Safe Drinking Water Act violations and action level exceedances, including treatment, infrastructure, source water, storage, consolidation, and related assistance. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis for eligible systems serving populations under 10,000.
