This program helps eligible Wisconsin local governments, tribal governments, and qualifying nonprofit 501(c)(3) organizations fund urban forest storm damage removal, restoration, and replacement after a catastrophic storm event. The damage must be within a declared state of emergency and in an urban area meeting the page’s residential density requirement.
