This program funds tree repair, removal, or replacement in urban areas after a catastrophic storm event for which the governor has declared a state of emergency. It is intended for cities, villages, towns, counties, tribes, and 501(c)(3) organizations that have experienced direct urban forest damage. Private property owners are not eligible.
