This program provides reimbursement grants for outdoor shooting range construction and related essential items, and some indoor range facilities when determined eligible by the department. It is available to counties, cities, villages, townships, other governmental agencies or units, clubs or organizations, and educational institutions. Applicants must pay project costs first and then seek reimbursement from DNR.
